Refund Policy

You hereby agree that goods are not at any time supplied "on approval".

VIP will not under any circumstances accept the return of the following:

• Goods comprising manuals, reading material or similar publication material; or
• Goods from which packaging has been removed or damaged by you without the prior written agreement of VIP and until such time as you have paid in full any re-stocking charge and/or other expense reasonably incurred by VIP as a result of delivery of and return of such Goods to VIP.

You agree that VIP shall be under no obligation to accept the return of Goods nor to credit to you the Price of Goods save in the following circumstances:

• Goods have been damaged in transit; or
• Goods are the subject of a genuine and reasonable complaint as to the quality of the same; and
• You have notified VIP in writing of such complaint within 48 hours of delivery.Returns of goods ordered online via the VIP Valves Online (www.vipvalvesonline.com) website:
• All returns requests must be submitted to us via email to sales@vipvalvesonline.com
• Any returns must be submitted to us within 30 days of purchase. VIP will reject any returns requests submitted after this time period.

VIP has trading hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. VIP will endeavour to respond to all returns requests submitted during these trading hours within 24 hours. Any returns requests submitted outside of these times will take longer for us to respond to, but we will try to reply as soon as possible. While we endeavour to provide an initial response within 24 hours, resolution of your return request may take significantly longer depending on the circumstances of the return and dealings with any suppliers or manufacturers involved.

Certain items on our website may incur a re-stocking charge depending on their supplier or manufacturer, or depending on the specific circumstances of the return request. VIP will advise of any such charges before accepting receipt of any returned goods.

Some items sold on the VIP website (www.vip-ltd.co.uk) will be fully non-returnable under any circumstances. For further information on which goods cannot be returned after purchasing.
